COUTURE DESIGN & INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RESTRICTIONS
All text, graphics, logos, images, custom garment patterns, technical sketches, drapery methods, and original clothing designs displayed on this website or provided to the client during consultation remain the sole intellectual property of Odinmarie. The purchase of a custom garment does not grant the client any rights to replicate, mass-produce, reverse-engineer, or commercially exploit the design or pattern. Odinmarie reserves the right to document the creation process and photograph the final garment for promotional, archival, and marketing purposes across all digital and print mediums.
