Shipping policy

• Custom Couture: Production timelines are agreed upon individually during your design consultation. Garments do not ship until production is fully completed and final payments are cleared.
• Ready-to-Wear / Pre-made Items: Standard stock items ship within 3–5 business days of purchase.

• Luxury Handling: All shipments are dispatched via reputable couriers (such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL) and include full tracking and signature confirmation upon delivery.
• Insurance: Every custom garment is shipped fully insured to protect your investment against loss or damage in transit.

• International Orders: Odinmarie ships worldwide. Please note that the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
  
  
  
  
• Fees: Customs duties, taxes, and import brokerage fees are not included in our shipping rates and are the sole responsibility of the client upon delivery.

Shipping Delays & Liability

Odinmarie is not responsible for courier transit delays caused by customs clearance procedures, severe weather, or unexpected carrier backlogs. Once your package leaves our studio, tracking status must be monitored via the carrier's platform.
